My Montana Wedding Expo 2024
Timeline and Booth Application
The expo will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 10:00am to 4:00pm
at the Flathead County Fairgrounds, Kalispell, MT. The deadline to sign-up for a booth is December 31, 2023.
Each booth includes one 6-foot-long skirted banquet table, two white poly-fold chairs, and 500 watts of electricity, which will power up to a laptop, DVD player, or TV. It will NOT power warming trays, coffee makers, salon equipment, etc. If your booth will require any additional equipment, please contact the office at 406-250-3213.
Exact measurements of any vehicles or structures that will be in your booth MUST fit within the booth size that you purchase. For down-to-the-inch measurements of booth sizes, please contact George Johnson at 406-261-1479.
The 10x20 booth that faces the Expo building entrance will be used as the My Montana Wedding booth at this year's Expo! This space is no longer available for members.
An electronic ticket link will be sent out prior to the expo for you to claim up to two people helping you in your booth. Your booth helpers will have to have their electronic ticket to enter the expo.
Booth Set-up Schedule
Thursday, January 18: 12:00pm - 9pm.
Friday, January 19: 8:00am - 10:00pm.
Saturday, January 20: No booth set-up is allowed, and all vendors MUST arrive by 8:30am. The mandatory meeting for all vendors is at 9am. If you need special accommodations on Saturday, please contact the office at 406-250-3213.
Tentative Expo Timeline - Saturday
9:45am - 12:00pm - Expo doors open to VIP guests only
12:00pm - Expo doors open to the general public
3:30pm - Grand prize giveaway; must be present to win
4:00pm - Expo ends; vendors break down their booths
Booth Design Competition
Don't forget! All attendees will be voting on their favorite booth design when they fill out an expo comment card. The winner will receive a free 10' x 10' booth at the My Montana Wedding Expo 2025! Last year's winner was North Forty Resort!

It is hereby agreed that the exhibitor is responsible for any damage to their exhibition space.
It is hereby agreed that the exhibitor is to purchase a minimum 10'x10' booth.
It is further agreed that neither My Montana Wedding nor the Flathead County Fairgrounds is responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or illness occurring during setup, exhibition, or break down of the Wedding and Event Expo. The exhibitor, upon signing this agreement, expressly releases the aforementioned names from any and all claims for such loss, damage, illness, or injury.
It is agreed that the exhibitor's booth will remain intact, open, and manned until 4:00pm Saturday.
Association Management will announce when it is 4:00pm.
**Penalty for early breakdown is a 6-month suspension from the website.**
My Liability Insurance Certificate is on file with My Montana Wedding.
If I am a food or beverage vendor I will provide a copy of my Health Department Inspection Certificate and Catering License by January 1. The Health Department will be coming through to inspect all food vendors.
Cancellation by the exhibitor, following the signing of this agreement and prior to December 1, will result in a 50% forfeiture of exhibition fee(s). Cancellation after December 1, will result in 100% forfeiture of exhibition fee(s).
It is agreed that there will be no music playing or amplified speaking in your booth space.
It is agreed that the exhibitor will use only S-clips provided by NWCS to hang items on pipe and drape. Absolutely NO pins, staples, etc.
I/my staff agrees to park ONLY in designated exhibitor parking. Violators will be towed at the owner's expense.
