We're dreaming of summer around here, and after you see this gorgeous summer elopement at Two Medicine in Glacier National Park, you'll see why. Photography by Lindsey Jane Photography.

Their Story
Zach and I (Carrie) travel for work. In 2017, we had the privilege of having a contract in Missoula, Montana. I had always loved Western Montana, and Zach quickly fell in love as well, and we had a grand time adventuring throughout that entire summer. One of our favorite things was sapphire mining in Philipsburg, Montana. There, we mined enough quality sapphires to end up with over a dozen treated (and sizable) sapphires! We knew that one day, they would create a perfect and unique wedding ring.
The following year, we had the opportunity to return to Missoula. We were ecstatic! We quickly decided that not only was it the right time for us to get married, but Montana was the right place.
We decided of all the places that were special to us in Montana, Glacier National Park would be the perfect place to finally tie the knot. With all things set, we gathered our rings, gorgeous flowers, and a couple of perfect dresses I’d carefully selected to match the Big Sky back drop. We were finally getting married!
At the chosen hour of the actual ceremony, rain was imminent – there was even a chance of hail! We waited for a break in the rain and hail, jumped out of the car, and after seven wonderful years together we got married (literally on top of a mountain) in one of the most amazing, breathtaking, and special places.
