Everyone has a gift inside them. That passion for me is captured in little, slices of life moments. From my first art photography class in high school, I felt that photography was what I was born to do.

In college, I discovered the world of photojournalism and that I was a natural at visual story telling. After working at newspapers across Kansas and Colorado as a staff photographer for 20 years, including The Denver Post, I decided to start my own business and specialize in wedding photojournalism.

After photographing weddings for 20 years, I still enjoy competing with the best wedding photojournalists from around the world through the Wedding Photojournalist Association.

My mission is to tell your wedding day story from real moments of you and those closest to you, rather than just chronological story of what happened on your wedding day.

Last summer my wife Geri, and I, sold our home in Denver and bought a house in Kalispell. We’ve come full circle to live in the town in which we were married 24 years ago at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church. We enjoy bicycling, hiking, skiing, gardening, cooking and traveling together.
