Membership Application Instructions
Once your application is completed, Certificate of Liability is on file in the office, payment is received, and you are approved by the Board, your business listing will be posted online in the category of your choice. Your listing displays your business name and contact information, as well as a 400 character business description and your choice of business photo or logo. ALL MEMBERS MUST LIVE IN FLATHEAD, GLACIER, LAKE OR LINCOLN COUNTIES.
Applicants may apply for membership in more than one business category, for an additional fee of $35.00/category.
Annual dues are $150.00 and due by April 30.
Annual Membership for primary business category: $150
Annual fee for each additional business category: $35
One time fee for new members for business listings on our website: $25

- Business Description: You don’t need to include any of your displayed contact information in your description. However, it is advisable to include your facility’s physical address in your description if it is different from your Primary Contact Address.
- ALL MEMBERS MUST LIVE IN FLATHEAD, GLACIER, LAKE OR LINCOLN COUNTIES.
- It is mandatory for your business to have liability insurance. Does your business have liability insurance? Please email a certificate of Liability Insurance to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you choose to mail in your application along with your payment, submit your digital photo or logo file to email@example.com. Your photo or logo file MUST be formatted to the following specifications:
- Format: JPEG
- Mode: RGB
- Resolution: 72 dpi
- Size: 300×300 pixels (4.166”x 4.166”)
