Membership Application Instructions
Once your application is completed, payment received, and approved by the Board, your business listing will be posted online in the category of your choice. Your listing displays your business name and contact information, as well as a 400 character business description and your choice of business photo or logo.
Applicants may apply for membership in more than one business category. Each category listing will have a unique Username and Password so members may individually update each of their separate category listings.
Fees:
Annual dues are $100.00 and due each October 1.
- Annual Membership for primary business category: $100
- Annual fee for each additional business category: $35
- One time fee for new members for business listings on our website: $25
Instructions:
Print and complete a Membership Application for each category for which you are applying. Mail completed copies with total payment (Primary membership + all additional categories) to:

Application Notes:
- Business Description: You don’t need to include any of your displayed contact information in your description. However, it is advisable to include your facility’s physical address in your description if it is different from your Primary Contact Address.
Photo/Logo:
After mailing your membership payment, submit your digital photo or logo file to web@mymontanawedding.com. Your photo or logo file MUST be formatted to the following specifications:
- Format: JPEG
- Mode: RGB
- Resolution: 72 dpi
- Size: 150x150 pixels (2.083”x 2.083”)
